PSYCHIATRY & THERAPY FEES

Fees are outlined below. Therapeutic services may be covered by your health insurance policy (Vitality, WPA, Cigna and Aviva etc).

You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your initial assessment or therapy appointment. Otherwise, you will need to bear the full cost of the session.

Initial Therapy Assessment

All work begins with an initial assessment.
  • £90 - £150 : 50 minute session

Therapy Session

Self-funded psychotherapy sessions are priced with the duration depending on need.

CBT Session

Self-funded CBT sessions are priced with the duration depending on need.

Individual DBT

Sessions take place in Guildford or online via VSee or Zoom.

Group sessions teach you a range of core DBT skills to help with everyday life.
