Our approach
We offer psychiatric treatment for a range of mental health related problems including addictions, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and depression, along with work, health and relationship issues. Psychiatry will help you find solutions to your problems by the use of various tests and conversations that explore thought patterns, behaviour, past experiences and other influences. We aim to diagnose and treat your mental health concern, so you can reach your goals.
Our lead psychiatrist, Dr Nicholas Dunn, supported by our dedicated team, aim to provide an accurate diagnosis and a unique personalised treatment for the particular mental health or stress related problem that is affecting you. We understand how difficult life can be just to cope when you are experiencing mental health issues of any kind, and we will listen with compassion and understanding to help prepare and motivate you to make the changes needed to rebalance your life and bring about sustained recovery.
Following this we provide medication where indicated, and full therapeutic treatment plans
We offer psychiatric treatment and prescription for a range of mental health related problems. We also offer adult assessment for ADHD. Dr Dunn and Dr Sawhney, supported by our dedicated team, aim to provide an accurate diagnosis and a unique personalised treatment for the particular mental health condition.
Dr Leffler, our adolescent psychiatrist, also offers assessment, diagnosis and treatment, alongside a clinical psychologist. We see a range of conditions in children and adolescents as well as assessing for ADHD and autism.

We offer psychiatry with our consultant psychiatrists. Psychiatry is the branch of medicine focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioural disorders.
We offer initial assessments, follow up appointments and private prescriptions.
We also offer a full range of psychotherapy including CBT, DBT and psychotherapy.
We treat children, adolescents and adults
We offer treatment for a wide range of mental health related problems including addictions, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and depression, along with work, OCD, health and relationship issues.
You can self-refer, or be referred by a healthcare professional, such as your GP, so that past and any current health conditions can be taken into account when preparing your treatment plan. Once we have received your referral, we will be in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time.
This appointment will normally last up to 90 minutes. During this time we will explore your life and family history, your general health and any previous psychiatric history, along with any drug or alcohol use and any traumatic life experiences.
Please bring details of any current medication and any reports or assessments that may be helpful.
You might also like to write a list of any issues you would like to discuss.
We will recommend a suitable treatment plan and any medication if required and agreed.
