About Dr Jo Gee

Dr Jo Gee is a senior psychotherapist and Clinical Director of Dr Jo Gee Psychotherapy and Associates. With over 17 years of experience, Jo has worked in NHS, forensic, and private settings, including the Priory Group. She specialises in emotional dysregulation, perinatal mental health, trauma and personality disorders.

Jo is trained in DBT, CBT, MBCT and integrative psychotherapy. She supports clients to build emotional resilience, develop insight and create lasting change through evidence-based and compassionate care. She also supervises other clinicians and contributes to the development of therapy services across the UK.
