“I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive and grounded in understanding. My aim is to help people make sense of their experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop tools for living with greater self-awareness and balance. I work with warmth and respect to create a space where clients can explore who they are, how they relate to others, and what feels meaningful to them.”
Therapeutic Approach
I’m an integrative therapist trained to work with individuals, couples and families. My practice draws mainly from psychodynamic and systemic approaches, helping clients understand both their inner world and the relational patterns that shape their lives. My work is also trauma-aware and neurodiversity-affirming, aiming to meet each person where they are with empathy, honesty and practicality.

Professional Background & Experience
Before training as a therapist, I worked in youth and community settings, and later as a qualified teacher. These experiences shaped my interest in relationships, emotional development, and how people grow within families and communities. Alongside my clinical work, I continue to draw on this background to make therapy accessible, grounded and relevant to everyday life.
