Dr Jo Gee Psychological Therapies offer online psychology, counselling and psychotherapy to clients all over the country (and world!). Online therapy can be a cost and time effective option for you to access the specialist support you need. Online therapy involves the use of VSee, Zoom or the phone, and will often include weekly sessions subject to your needs.
The therapy takes place in exactly the same way as it would it if was taking place face to face. All you need is a computer or phone and a confidential space.
