First we start we a 15 minute consultation on the phone, at a time convenient to you. Send a message via the online form and we can book in a time.
Next an indepth assessment is carried out to determine the best treatment for you. This is your opportunity to ask questions and to share your therapy goals.
We will begin our therapy package whether that is agreed short term work for a certain number of sessions, or a more long term arrangement. We will review the work throughout.
In person sessions take place at Willow Health Clinic, Guildford.
Online sessions are also available.
Sessions start from £90.
We accept most insurance providers, including AXA, Vitality, Aviva, Cigna and more.

Dr Jo Gee and associates provide counselling in Guildford to people across Surrey. We are highly experienced in working with a wide range of psychological and emotional needs and aim to place each person with the therapist best suited to their individual needs.
Pregnancy and the early days of parenthood can bring with them very specific challenges to mental health. Whether you are worried that you are dealing with postnatal depression, or are struggling with any of the wide range of mental health challenges faced during pregnancy and in the year afterwards, we have specialist experience in working with women during this complicated emotional time.
If you’re worried about your teenager being able to process their feelings and would like to provide them with the safe space to work through some of the emotional challenges they are facing, please do get in touch. We have many years of experience working alongside adolescents and take great pride in putting hesitant young people at ease.
