“I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative and non-judgemental. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and able to make meaningful progress.”
Therapeutic Approach
I use both CBT and CBT-E to work with clients to explore the challenges they face. This helps them develop practical tools, self-awareness and greater resilience in a space where they feel safe and able to make meaningful progress.
