Evidence-Based CBT at an Affordable Price

Struggling with anxiety or low mood? Overwhelmed by excessive worry or obsessive thoughts? You don’t have to face it alone.

Our 8-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Skills Group has been designed to help adults understand why they feel the way they do and, more importantly, give them the practical tools to make lasting change.

Led by experienced CBT therapists, the CBT Skills Academy is a structured programme that follows the evidence-based CBT principles recommended by NICE. Each session combines teaching, practical exercises and group discussion, allowing you to build confidence and develop skills you can continue using long after the programme has finished.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety, stress or unhelpful patterns of thinking, the CBT Skills Academy can help you regain control and improve your emotional wellbeing.

Why Group CBT?

LeftFlower

Many people find that hearing how others overcome similar challenges increases motivation and confidence throughout the programme.
