Next a 50-90 minute indepth assessment is carried out to determine the best treatment for you, by a therapist or psychiatrist, depending on your need. This is your opportunity to ask questions and to share your therapy goals.
If a therapist or psychiatrist prescribes a treatment package, you will begin your medication and/or therapy package, which might be agreed short term work for a certain number of sessions, or a more long-term arrangement. Your psychiatrist or therapist will review the work throughout.
